AEROBICS EXERCISES
Amid ongoing global health challenges, RENEF Foundation underscored the essential role nurses and midwives play in responding to healthcare demands. The Foundation’s objective was to recognize their sacrifices, amplify their voices, and celebrate their invaluable contributions to national development.
As part of the activities marking the Year of the Nurse and Midwife (YoNM) 2021, it was essential to raise awareness among nurses and midwives about the importance of taking responsibility for their own health and well-being. To promote this consciousness and encourage healthy lifestyle choices, a one-day aerobic exercise session was organized for members of the nursing and midwifery fraternity. The event aimed to inspire participants to make intentional decisions regarding their physical health, recognizing that caring for others begins with caring for oneself
YONM 2021 was a resounding success. The RENEF Foundation remains committed to supporting the nursing and midwifery professions and will continue to champion initiatives that honor their work, advance healthcare delivery, and drive positive social change.

The quiz competition was not only a celebration of knowledge and talent but also a reflection of the broader goals of the YONM 2021 campaign. The campaign sought to spotlight the critical yet often overlooked contributions of nurses and midwives to healthcare delivery. It aimed to boost productivity, push for professional recognition, and encourage innovation in nursing and midwifery. Furthermore, it provided a national platform to advocate for integrating nursing leadership into policy-making, and for adopting modern technologies to improve healthcare outcomes.
